Rey’s Review 2Hi people. I just finished reading the paper view and now I am writing this
Also I want to clear up that last review I did the number 1 and 2 werent rankings I was just listing them. So I did not mean to say Amis’ rp was better than Mikaels, they were both top level!
Also i would like to give a shoutout to Tommy Stone, I somehow skipped over his rp last review and read it afterwards and thought it would of been at the top of the list as well.
I enjoyed the show I thought there were a lot of entertaining segments and good storylines. There were really a lot of great rps so before I get to my top two picks from this show I will first give some shout outs.
Cartwright: I really enjoyed this, Carty promoted both himself and also the main event, hyping it more. He broke down each of his opponents, calling them out, and it was funny. However it does feel a little bit repetitive, Cartwright being approached by the owner then insulting him and talking about someone who we still don’t know :O
Adam Wolfe: I thought this rp was cool, he brought the readers into his world a little bit, the world of puppets and Adam Wolfe definitely deserved his win.
Helm: Even though I am a bit biased here because I am part of this storyline, I am enjoying all the prerecorded rps. Helm is creating a backstory that the fans are still curious about. All that has been revealed so far is the destruction of North Korea, picking up Rodriguez, and going to Saudia Arabia. Why these men are at BFW is slowly being more revealed, and the whole thing is very suspenseful.
Scarlet and Aelyra Bright: I am glad these two made a promo together. I loved the fire and attitude that came from the dialogue and their clash, the match could have gone either way really.
Amis Fucking Shelton: Another great promo from Amis Fucking Shelton, I have no critiques because he is just the Fucking best, however he is not at the top this week just because I feel like writing about others that did really well.
Jack Colter: This rp was great. Jack is progressing his storyline really well and we are learning more about Frank. I really liked how he changed it up a little and Frank was not in it at first, but then he jumps in with the “Didn’t even introduce me?” I would say this rp was also at the top with Amis and my favorite of the week.
My favorite this Week:Mikael
The main event was definitely the best part of the show. I really was not sure what would happen. After reading the roleplays I honestly was feeling either a Mikael victory or Amis victory, however I knew there would be a really hard decision to make here.
The way it turned out was perfect. Amis took the victory however the schemer Mikael, did something that was definitely within character, and decided he did not need the title.
There were a lot of great rps, this one was just over the top for me, and gave Mikael the edge over the other roster members this week.
Mikael gets into his character really well, and that is why he is able to write such a long and well thought out monologue with just his character. He describes the scenario well and includes good details.
Mikael with his dialogue sets up his future actions perfectly. He is confident and knows he is better and smarter than the rest, he uses a metaphor to show this.
Overall the atmosphere and the dialogue together create a perfect message and I believe this is Mikael’s best rp so far, and this is why he is the top pick this week in Rey’s Review.
